About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered automation workflows on ServiceNow to streamline IT operations and enhance user experience.
- Lead the implementation of machine learning models for predictive incident management, capacity planning, and service health monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with external data sources, APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performance ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong focus on AI/ML and automation.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and ServiceNow’s scripting frameworks (Script Includes, UI Scripts, Flow Designer).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning models, including data preprocessing, model training, and inference pipelines.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, IT Operations, and cloud integration patterns.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
