About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of SAP Basis and HANA service delivery, ensuring high availability and performance across production environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, applying root‑cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and capacity expansions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell, Python) to streamline routine tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Provide expert guidance to support teams, fostering knowledge transfer and best‑practice adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Basis and SAP HANA administration.
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long‑term solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
