About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of SAP service disruptions, coordinating cross‑functional teams to diagnose, resolve, and document incidents.
- Analyze root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence.
- Collaborate with SAP operations, support, and engineering to ensure seamless service restoration and post‑mortem reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and knowledge base enrichment.
- Communicate status, impact, and resolution plans to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP operations or service disruption management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related middleware.
- Proven track record in incident, problem, and change management within a large enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
