About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full service design lifecycle for AI‑enabled public sector initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and value‑stream analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Translate insights into high‑fidelity prototypes, service blueprints, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions with stakeholders to align vision, scope, and success metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement by iterating designs based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in service or experience design, with a strong portfolio of AI or data‑driven projects.
- Deep understanding of design thinking, UX research methods, and service blueprinting.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro) and prototyping techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for public sector impact and a track record of delivering mission‑focused solutions.
