About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize lithography, etch, and deposition processes for advanced nodes.
- Analyze process data, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to improve yield and performance.
- Collaborate with equipment, design, and reliability teams to ensure process compatibility and manufacturability.
- Lead process qualification, DFM reviews, and technology transfer activities.
- Maintain cleanroom best practices and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor foundry process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of lithography, etch, deposition, and process integration.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python) and process simulation.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
