About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security architectures that provide automated, policy‑based protection across multi‑cloud environments.
- Lead the development of micro‑segmentation and threat‑detection capabilities, integrating advanced analytics and machine‑learning models.
- Define and enforce compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, GDPR) to ensure continuous audit readiness.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed security controls into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentor and guide a team of security engineers, fostering best practices in secure coding, incident response, and risk management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering, preferably in cloud or data‑center environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security automation tools.
- Proven track record with micro‑segmentation, threat detection, and compliance program leadership.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience applying machine‑learning techniques to security data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence cross‑functional teams.
