Security Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise security solutions, driving risk mitigation, incident response, and continuous improvement of security controls across infrastructure and application environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy security technologies that protect systems, applications, and data across the organization.
- Lead risk assessments and vulnerability management programs to identify and remediate security gaps.
- Coordinate incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and post‑incident analysis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams to embed security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate emerging security tools and techniques to strengthen the overall cybersecurity posture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise security engineering or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of security architecture, incident response, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and secure coding practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
