The Omnissa Customer Security Assurance Team, part of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization, is seeking a Senior Security Compliance Analyst – Customer Assurance to support customers across the EMEA region.
This role is focused on customer trust, regulatory assurance, and security transparency. You will act as a subject matter expert on European security and compliance requirements, helping customers, prospects, and internal teams understand how Omnissa products and cloud services align with regulatory expectations and industry standards. Success in this role is measured by customer confidence, clarity of assurance, and effective alignment between customer requirements and Omnissa ’s security posture.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for security and compliance inquiries across EMEA, including participation in customer meetings, audits, and executive engagements to explain Omnissa ’s security controls, certifications, and compliance posture.
Respond to customer assurance requests, including due diligence inquiries, security questionnaires, RFPs, and contract-related security reviews, providing clear and accurate guidance on Omnissa products and cloud services.
Develop and maintain deep expertise in European regulatory, security, and compliance frameworks, and assess how Omnissa ’s existing controls, certifications, and product capabilities align with customer and regulatory requirements.
Analyze customer-driven compliance requirements by reviewing agreements, security addenda, and regulatory obligations; evaluate feasibility, scope, cost, effort, and business impact; and identify gaps, risks, or constraints with recommended mitigation or risk acceptance strategies.
Partner closely with Legal, Security, Engineering, Product, Compliance, Sales, and Field teams to ensure customer commitments are accurately represented, achievable, and consistently communicated.
