About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain certification plans for seat‑system software, aligning with DO‑178C and other safety standards.
- Implement and validate Embedded C code within AUTOSAR architecture, ensuring compliance with functional safety requirements.
- Design and execute rigorous test cases, including unit, integration, and system‑level tests, using model‑based design tools.
- Collaborate with hardware, integration, and quality assurance teams to resolve certification issues and streamline release cycles.
- Document certification evidence, prepare safety case artifacts, and support audit and review processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in safety‑critical software development for automotive or aerospace systems.
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C, AUTOSAR, and DO‑178C certification processes.
- Proficiency with model‑based design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and test automation frameworks.
- Experience using Git for version control and continuous integration pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a hybrid environment.
