QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end test automation for high‑scale financial platforms using Selenium, Java, and TestNG, driving CI/CD pipelines and API validation to ensure robust, scalable releases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and API components using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable rapid feedback cycles.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, coverage, and quality metrics.
- Implement BDD scenarios with Cucumber/Gherkin for business‑driven test cases.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable defect reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering, preferably in fintech or high‑volume transaction environments.
- Proficient in Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and RESTful API testing.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
