QA Engineer
Senior SDET with 5+ years of experience building scalable Selenium and Java‑based automation frameworks, automating web and API tests, and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines within Agile teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Selenium‑Java automation frameworks for web applications.
- Implement API test suites using Java‑based tools (e.g., RestAssured) and integrate them with functional tests.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads in an Agile environment to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and ensure reliable test execution and reporting.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve flaky tests and performance bottlenecks, continuously improving test reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and API automation.
- Proficiency with test frameworks such as TestNG/JUnit and API testing tools (RestAssured, Postman).
- Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) for automated test execution.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid on‑site/off‑site setting.
