About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for web and API endpoints using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Own end‑to‑end quality across the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with AI‑enabled engineers to integrate testing into continuous delivery pipelines.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD workflows, ensuring automated tests run reliably on every build and deployment.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution in partnership with development teams.
- Mentor junior QA members and share best practices for test strategy, code quality, and test data management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior SDET or QA Engineer with a proven track record in test automation.
- Deep expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Python for building scalable test frameworks.
- Strong background in API testing (REST, GraphQL) and experience with tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and test reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset for quality ownership.
