About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as servant leader and Agile coach for multiple cross‑functional data product teams, guiding them to adopt Scrum and Agile‑at‑scale practices.
- Partner with Product Managers and engineering leads to define product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and align delivery with business value.
- Facilitate ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning, reviews) and remove impediments to maintain velocity and predictability.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams, manage risks, and ensure seamless integration of data products into the broader analytics ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentor team members, and promote a culture of experimentation and learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a data‑centric or analytics environment.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile‑at‑scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product backlog management, release planning, and dependency tracking.
- Proficiency in using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
