About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective) for multiple high‑impact federal projects.
- Coaching and mentoring product owners, developers, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying impediments, implementing process enhancements, and tracking metrics.
- Collaborate with product strategy teams to align delivery with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a servant‑leader, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Proven track record of delivering products on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
