About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize automated siRNA screening workflows, integrating liquid handling robotics and plate readers to achieve high-throughput throughput.
- Lead molecular analytics initiatives, including assay development, data acquisition, and statistical analysis of siRNA knockdown efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate screening data into actionable insights for lead discovery and preclinical development.
- Implement bioinformatics pipelines and machine‑learning models to interpret large‑scale screening datasets and identify candidate targets.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, SOPs, and quality control metrics to ensure reproducibility and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or M.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field with 5+ years of experience in siRNA or RNAi screening.
- Proficiency in automation platforms (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton) and experience programming in Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong background in bioinformatics, statistical modeling, and machine‑learning techniques applied to high‑throughput data.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex assays, and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with regulatory standards (GLP/GLP) and documentation best practices is a plus.
