Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for large‑scale single‑cell immune datasets using Python and R.
• Develop and refine machine learning models to predict immune cell behavior and therapeutic targets.
• Collaborate with biologists and clinicians to translate computational insights into actionable drug discovery strategies.
• Publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals and present at scientific conferences.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical workflows.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent experience in computational biology, immunology, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Python, R, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong background in single‑cell analysis and bioinformatics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
