Develop and refine mathematical models for complex physical systems targeting personalized medicine, ensuring their applicability to real-world experiments.
Work closely with experimental teams, translating theoretical predictions into testable hypotheses and guiding data collection/analysis.
Apply analytical and computational techniques, including simulations and numerical modeling, to study physical phenomena.
Utilize statistical physics, quantum mechanics, and applied mathematics to extract meaningful insights from experimental data.
Assist in analysing and interpreting experimental data, ensuring that theoretical expectations align with practical feasibility.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physics, computational modeling, and advances in spectroscopy for clinical applications.
Communicate findings effectively across disciplines, ensuring alignment between theoretical and experimental efforts.
Contribute to research publications, patents, and presentations at leading conferences.
Requirements ✔️
Strong expertise in theoretical and computational physics or applied mathematics, with a demonstrated ability to apply these concepts to real-world experiments in an interdisciplinary setting.
Proven experience working at the interface of theory and experiment, collaborating with experimentalists, interdisciplinary scientists and engineers.
Proficiency in numerical modeling, simulations, and data analysis using Python, Julia, or similar tools.
Ability to develop and implement physical models, differential equations, and computational frameworks to solve complex problems.
Experience with data-driven approaches, signal processing, or machine learning for scientific applications is a plus.
A deep curiosity for solving interdisciplinary challenges, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex theoretical concepts into practical applications and to non-specialists in a clear engaging way.
