About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated laboratory workflows for high‑throughput formulation screening.
- Program and integrate robotic platforms, liquid‑handling systems, and analytical instruments using Python and API interfaces.
- Develop data acquisition, processing, and visualization pipelines to support rapid decision‑making.
- Apply machine‑learning techniques to model formulation outcomes and optimize experimental designs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (process development, analytical chemistry, IT) to ensure seamless technology transfer to manufacturing.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or equivalent experience in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with lab automation, robotics, and high‑throughput screening technologies.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and integration of instrument control software.
- Demonstrated ability to apply machine‑learning or statistical modeling to experimental data.
