Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end test infrastructure for satellite hardware and software from assembly through launch qualification.
• Design and execute functional, RF, and environmental test plans, ensuring compliance with performance and reliability requirements.
• Implement automated test sequences and data acquisition pipelines using Python and C++ to increase test throughput and repeatability.
• Analyze test data, perform signal‑processing and statistical assessments, and generate validation reports for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with design, integration, and launch teams to troubleshoot issues, drive root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of satellite or aerospace test experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for test automation, data analysis, and instrument control.
• Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators) and signal‑processing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to develop test procedures, execute validation campaigns, and document results for high‑reliability systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments, and excellent communication of technical findings.
