The Opportunity
This isan opportunity for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Support Consultant to join a leading, internationally focussed business in global payroll and human capital management, who are an SAP Gold Partner. Sitting within our UK and IrelandSupport Services teamas part oftheSAP Professional Servicespractice, you will provide critical AMS support toourvalued payroll customersin the UK and Ireland.
KeyResponsibilities
Provideapplication supportto payroll customersthrough advice, guidance, andappropriate technicalactivities.
Manageincidents, requests and changes from external customers using the ServiceNow toolina timelyandaccuratemanner, using ITIL principles.
Providefunctional analysis and guidanceon UKI payroll processingqueries.
Act as the lead forthe UKIPayrollAMS team,acting as a mentor to junior colleagues, chairing the daily standupcalland working alongside the management team to advise on planning and knowledge transfer activities.
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for one or more customers, to provide a key point of contact with in-depth knowledge of their setup and payroll processing cycles.
Ensureclientdocumentationis updated to reflect changesmade to their systems.
Managechange requests (typically less than 20 days)from requirements gathering to estimation, unit testing and deployment, todeliver high quality solutionswhich meetour customers’business requirements.
Provideupdateson status and progress to theSAP Support Lead via daily standup callsto flag blockers and share information with the wider team.
