About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP service delivery, from planning and implementation to ongoing support and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including infrastructure, application, and cloud specialists, to meet SLA and KPI targets.
- Drive automation initiatives and cloud migration strategies to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing transparent reporting, risk mitigation, and escalation handling.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and governance frameworks across all SAP services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing SAP service delivery in a large‑scale, multi‑client environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, project management methodologies, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SAP migration/modernization projects.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
