Software Engineer
Senior SAP CX Consultant leading design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Customer Experience solutions (Commerce, Marketing, Service, Sales) within agile, cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end architecture and delivery of SAP CX solutions, including Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Drive integration projects connecting SAP CX suite with ERP, CRM, and third‑party systems using APIs, middleware, and custom extensions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within agile squads.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability through code reviews, testing strategies, and best‑practice adherence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP Customer Experience products.
- Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and at least one other SAP CX module.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/HTML5, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, OData).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering complex, multi‑module projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional, interdisciplinary teams.
