About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end SAP CX (C4C) implementations, from requirement gathering to go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
- Design and configure SAP C4C modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) to align with client business processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SAP CX with on‑premise and cloud systems.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, data migration, and process optimization.
- Deliver training and workshops to client stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP CX/C4C consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and integration techniques.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
