Software Engineer
Lead SAP ABAP development, architecting and optimizing solutions across SAP HANA, Fiori, and UI5, while ensuring high performance, security, and integration with SAP NetWeaver and PI/PO environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces for SAP ECC and SAP HANA environments.
- Implement and extend SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 applications, ensuring responsive design and seamless user experience.
- Integrate SAP modules using SAP PI/PO, BAPIs, and IDOCs to support cross‑functional business processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high‑quality code.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to meet SLAs and optimize system resources.
- Document solutions, maintain technical design documents, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional SAP ABAP development experience in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP NetWeaver architecture.
- Experience with SAP PI/PO, BAPIs, IDOCs, and integration patterns.
- Proficient in ABAP Objects, Open SQL, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
