Senior Salesforce Solution Architect and Lead Engineer to design and deliver a CTMS platform, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex/LWC development, and integrations via MuleSoft, REST APIs, and AWS while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, and HIPAA.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end‑to‑end design of a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) on the Salesforce Platform.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation to meet eClinical workflow requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with eTMF, EDC, and other eClinical systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and AWS services.
- Ensure the solution complies with 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, and HIPAA regulations, implementing appropriate security and audit controls.
- Mentor a development team, enforce best practices, and drive technical standards across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation.
- Deep understanding of CTMS, electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) processes.
- Proven track record integrating Salesforce with external systems via MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex, regulated SaaS solutions.
