About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure high quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive performance tuning, data migration, and deployment automation across multiple environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and SOQL.
- Proven track record of building and integrating complex Salesforce solutions in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and best practices for Salesforce architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
