Senior Salesforce Engineer who partners with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business owners and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce architecture and custom solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages to meet functional and performance goals.
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
- Lead data migration and data quality initiatives, including mapping, transformation, and validation using tools such as Data Loader or ETL platforms.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX) to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments across sandboxes and production.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers while championing best practices and Agile delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Strong background in data migration, data modeling, and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD automation using Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
