About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Terraform.
- Lead automation of deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs and cloud environments (AWS, Docker).
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enforce best practices and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on Salesforce architecture, DevOps tooling, and cloud security.
- Drive process improvements, documentation, and tooling upgrades to increase deployment frequency and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, and AWS services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DX, metadata API, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous delivery principles.
