Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer/Consultant Employment Type: Full Time Location: Pune (Remote) Shift: 3:30PM to 12:30AM
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project delivery timelines. This position requires expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, API integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities, along with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the Salesforce project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Develop scalable and high-performing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure Salesforce features using declarative and programmatic approaches
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
- Support CI/CD processes, code reviews, and version control using Git
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Custom Salesforce implementation experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
