Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce, while driving best practices in CI/CD and version control.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Implement complex data models and queries with SOQL and SOSL to support insurance‑industry workflows.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to define architecture, ensure scalability, and integrate third‑party services.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes using Git and related tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Salesforce DX).
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated industries, preferably insurance or financial services.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
