About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for modern, responsive user interfaces.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and process builder to optimize business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions, ensuring data consistency and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate needs into scalable solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain documentation for all development work.
Requirements
- 7+ years overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in hands‑on Salesforce development.
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
