Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows, and API integrations while optimizing performance, security, and supporting AI‑driven workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Build reusable components and automate business processes with Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and Agentforce.
- Optimize solution performance, enforce security best practices, and manage deployments using change sets or CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and support AI‑driven workflow enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including LWC and Apex.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Lightning Experience, and API integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of SOQL, data modeling, security (CRUD/FLS), and performance tuning.
- Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce DX, CI/CD) and version control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
