Title Salesforce Developer (On-site from Day One) (Full-Time)
Required Skills and Experience
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience developing solutions using Apex, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Advanced knowledge of SOQL and SOSL, including query optimization, relationship queries, aggregate queries, dynamic SOQL, and governor-limit considerations.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and administration, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and user management.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience in building highly customized Salesforce applications beyond standard out-of-the-box configuration.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, or event-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data-access controls, sharing architecture, and platform-governance practices.
- Experience with data migration, data loading, data cleansing, and large-volume data processing.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, source control, release management, and lifecycle development practices.
