Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce development, architecture, and configuration, delivering scalable solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration best practices while mentoring a delivery team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Architect and configure the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and post‑release support.
- Mentor and motivate a development team, driving best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with a deep understanding of the platform architecture.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing in a Salesforce environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions, and excellent communication abilities.
