Salesforce Developer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions for mission‑critical public sector and DoD projects, leveraging Apex, Lightning, and enterprise integrations to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performance applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to meet stringent DoD and public sector requirements.
- Design and implement secure integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to reduce technical debt and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and government audit requirements throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile environments, delivering incremental releases and participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering high‑quality, maintainable code.
- Active US citizenship and Interim Secret Clearance or higher (or ability to obtain).
