Salesforce Developer
We're looking for a Salesforce Developer focused on designing and building scalable technical solutions. This senior role requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Aura Components, Apex, and Lightning technologies.
- Build reusable and scalable components aligned with business requirements.
- Design and implement customizations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Develop and support integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical design and deployment documentation.
- Minimum of 8-1 years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Development and Aura Components.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
