About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end requirement gathering and documentation for Salesforce CRM enhancements, ensuring alignment with sales cycles, pipelines, and funnel management.
- Design and maintain robust data models, perform data cleansing, and enforce data governance across the CRM platform.
- Develop and execute SQL queries and Excel macros (including VBA) to extract, transform, and analyze CRM data; prototype analytics solutions using Python.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—sales, marketing, finance—to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring adoption of best practices and continuous improvement of CRM processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Proven expertise in SQL, advanced Excel (including VBA), and Python for data analytics.
- Strong background in financial services CRM data management and sales operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency preferred for contractor role.
