About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to capture goals, pain points, and functional requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions, translating business needs into clear, prioritized user stories and technical specifications.
- Design scalable, repeatable processes and data models on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and governance.
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and development teams to validate solutions, oversee configuration, and drive successful implementation.
- Provide thought leadership, mentor junior analysts, and ensure high‑quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, user story creation, and process mapping within Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning), and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical and business teams.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and driving continuous improvement in analysis practices.
