About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data models for developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions on schedule.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to keep delivery teams focused.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support change‑management activities.
- Validate delivered functionality against requirements and support user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large‑scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, data model, security, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and produce clear, actionable documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of bridging business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst) preferred.
