Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and automation, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Analyze operational data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support performance management and strategic initiatives.
Lead Agile ceremonies, manage product backlog, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
Provide training, support, and best‑practice guidance to end users and internal teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Advanced data analysis skills with SQL and reporting tools.
Experience leading Agile teams and managing product backlogs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
