Lead complex Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation, driving requirements discovery, stakeholder workshops, and translating operational needs into Salesforce-ready user stories and functional designs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery sessions with business users, technical teams, and public sector stakeholders.
- Document current‑state and future‑state business processes, workflows, and data flows.
- Translate operational needs into detailed Salesforce user stories, functional designs, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to refine designs and support implementation.
- Provide ongoing analysis and support during testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live phases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Process Builder, Flow, and integration concepts.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with experience in public sector or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
