About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components to meet client business requirements.
- Architect and implement data integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and best‑practice solutions.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, Omnistudio updates, and emerging AI technologies to continuously improve delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep knowledge of Omnistudio.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware) and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering projects on time.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance business processes.
