Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, driving data quality and process automation for a global sales organization using Apex, Lightning, and integration tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Salesforce customizations, including Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning components to support sales enablement processes.
- Manage data integrity, perform data migrations, and develop automated data cleansing routines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize integration points with external SaaS platforms and in‑house applications.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for end users to maximize platform adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with data management, security, and automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Data Loader.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I) preferred.
