Software Engineer
Senior Salesforce Administrator who designs, implements, automates, tests, and supports Salesforce solutions, mentors team members, and drives adoption of new technologies across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Flow, and Process Builder automations for complex business processes.
- Lead data migration, cleansing, and integration projects using tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, or APIs.
- Provide day‑to‑day administration, user support, and training while mentoring junior admins and developers.
- Implement testing strategies, manage change sets, and oversee deployment pipelines in sandbox and production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Flow, and declarative automation tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder).
- Strong knowledge of data migration, integration techniques, and Salesforce security model.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to mentor and share technical knowledge.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
