Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer responsible for configuring, customizing, and extending Salesforce solutions, building Apex code and Lightning components, automating business processes, and ensuring data integrity across integrations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and security settings to support business requirements.
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to implement complex functionality.
- Design and automate workflows using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
- Perform data migrations, imports, and deduplication using Data Loader, ETL tools, and SOQL queries.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Provide tier‑2 support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user training and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Expertise with declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules.
- Experience in data migration, data quality management, and writing SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Proven ability to design and implement integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
