About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end UiPath automation solutions for consumer, commercial, and private banking processes.
- Collaborate with Business Improvement Consultants, Business Analysts, and subject‑matter experts to gather requirements, review process maps, and define automation use cases.
- Conduct detailed analysis, create solution designs, and produce technical documentation for automation projects.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high‑quality, reliable automation deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for deployed RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, maintainable automation solutions in a banking or financial services environment.
- Solid understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
