About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end UiPath automation workflows for business processes.
- Perform thorough code reviews and quality checks to ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge‑base articles for all automation assets.
- Champion RPA best practices and mentor junior team members on standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation designs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with UiPath and RPA development.
- Strong understanding of process automation concepts and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience with knowledge‑management tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
