Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute RF test plans for complex defense platforms, ensuring compliance with stringent performance and reliability standards.
- Operate and maintain high‑end test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators to capture accurate RF measurements.
- Analyze test data using MATLAB and Python, develop automated test scripts, and generate detailed technical reports for cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot RF issues, recommend design improvements, and validate solutions through rigorous testing.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, documenting best practices, and mentoring junior test engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RF test engineering for defense or aerospace applications.
- Proficient in signal integrity analysis, RF measurement techniques, and test automation using MATLAB, Python, and LabVIEW.
- Strong knowledge of RF test equipment, including vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality test solutions under tight schedules.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
