Lead the design and execution of revenue‑focused systems, partnering with leadership to shape Salesforce strategy, automate processes, and deliver data‑driven insights for a high‑impact Revenue Operations function.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic Salesforce initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Design, configure, and maintain revenue‑related objects, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and data models using SQL and BI tools to provide actionable insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose automation solutions, and lead implementation across the revenue stack.
- Own the end‑to‑end roadmap for revenue systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles, with deep expertise in Salesforce administration and customization.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of designing and automating complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
