Senior Research Engineer, Model Evaluation

As a Senior Research Engineer, Model Evaluation at cohere, you will be responsible for designing and implementing model evaluation frameworks to drive research and development of AI models. You will work closely with our research team to develop and deploy new models, and collaborate with our engineering team to integrate these models into our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement model evaluation frameworks to drive research and development of AI models.
• Work closely with our research team to develop and deploy new models.

• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code.
• Contribute to the development of our research roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and development.
• Strong background in Python programming and experience with AWS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
